On behalf of the CUIIC at the University of Alberta, we would like to formally express our gratitude to the North American Society for Trenchless Technology (NASTT) for their significant contribution to our student chapter.
NASTT’s generous Student Activity Grant funding, will play a pivotal role in advancing our efforts to foster education, skill development, and networking within the trenchless technology sector.
These funds will enable students to:
- Organize educational activities, including job site visits, training webinars, and other industry-relevant initiatives.
- Strengthen collaboration with regional trenchless technology firms through guest speakers, factory tours, and other engagement activities.
- Facilitate participation in regional conferences, meetings, and events to further the professional development of our members.
- Expand and promote our student chapter, ensuring continued growth and outreach to new members.
Our team is excited about these opportunities and looks forward to attending the NASTT 2025 No-Dig Show March 30-April 3, 2025 in Denver, CO and the 2025 No-Dig North & ISTT International No-Dig conference, which will take place October 27-29, in Vancouver, BC.
We are grateful for NASTT’s ongoing support and look forward to utilizing these resources to further enhance the educational experience for our members and contribute to the advancement of trenchless technology.
